GENERAL FEATURES:

• COMFORT SERIES HYDRAULIC CNC PRESSES provide high quality bending in a wide variety of materials and different thicknesses. The machine automatically performs the bending angle, bending distance, bending length and bending shape by entering the material type, thickness and length of the bending points into the control unit or by loading the technical drawing of the part to be bent in the control units with 2D graphics and 3D graphics.
• The precise movement of the upper table is provided by linear rulers. In this way, skid lubrication and maintenance are minimized.
• Back gauge X movement of COMFORT Series Press Brakes, which can also be produced in high thickness and bending length capacities, is carried out with 750 mm ball shaft and gapless slides.
• The back gauge has a programmable positioning accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm according to the shape of the products to be bent.
